1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Love & Hope Development Inc.(“Love & Hope,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, programs, and support services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Agreements. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Our Mission

Love & Hope Development Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young adults exiting foster care by providing resources, programs, and services that promote stability, independence, and growth.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are designed for young adults transitioning from foster care, as well as community members, volunteers, and supporters who engage with our programs. By using our Services, you represent that you meet eligibility requirements for the program or activity in which you are participating.

4. Use of Services 

· You agree to use our Services respectfully, lawfully, and in alignment with our mission.

· You may not use our Services for personal financial gain, solicitation, or unlawful activity.

· We reserve the right to limit or deny access to anyone who misuses the Services or disrupts our programs.

5. Donations & Payments

· Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

· Any program fees collected are used exclusively to support our mission.

· All payment processing is handled securely.

6. Volunteer & Partner Engagement

· Volunteers and partners must comply with organizational policies and applicable laws.

· Love & Hope reserves the right to dismiss any volunteer or partner who fails to uphold these standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love & Hope Development Inc. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims that may result from participation in our Services.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time if necessary to protect participants, comply with laws, or ensure program integrity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date, and continued participation in our Services will signify acceptance.
